tablespoon olive oil
2-3 rutabagas, peeled
and cut in to sticks
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground pepper
oven to 400 degrees. Peel and cut the rutabagas into
sticks, similar in size to a thick cut French fry. Toss
them in a bowl, with the smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Lay them out in a single layer on a parchment lined
baking sheet. Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes.
