3 large cloves
of garlic, minced
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons of white wine or water
1 large head of cauliflower,
cut into florets
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated pecorino or parmesan cheese
the oven to 450 degrees. Place cauliflower florets in
a large roasting or casserole dish. Add the garlic,
olive oil, wine, salt, and pepper; toss thoroughly.
Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together and sprinkle
over the cauliflower.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove
from oven, and serve.
