Oven Baked Squash Sticks  
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, or dried thyme and oregano
2 large squash, cut into thick sticks
1 egg white

Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and dried seasonings in a small bowl, then pour out onto a dinner plate. In a large mixing bowl combine the squash sticks and egg white, coating the squash with the egg, then roll each piece of squash in the bread crumb mix and tossing to coat on all sides. Place the squash sticks on a greased baking sheet, remove any bread crumbs from the bowl and press onto the squash. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping once during cooking.
