Little Gem Salad with Pixie Tangerines and Almonds

1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tangerines, sectioned and juiced
1 head little gem lettuce, washed and chopped
1 head red leaf lettuce, washed and chopped
3 radishes, sliced
¼ cup raw almonds, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine in a large bowl the almond butter and juice from 2 tangerines, stir well. Add lettuces and the radishes. Add the tangerine sections, chopped almonds, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and enjoy right away.
