Tomatoes are available from late June through October.
We grow a variety of cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes
and slicing tomatoes.
Usage and Cooking Strategies:
Use when ripe and add to a salad. Slice heirloom tomatoes
and display on a large plate, drizzle with olive oil
and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper
for an easy appetizer. Roast tomatoes for a more intense
sweetness and to concentrate the flavor. Halve cherry
tomatoes and mix with red onion and cucumber, and your
favorite vinaigrette dressing, for a tomato salad.
Tomatoes should be stored at room temperature until
ripe and then used within 1-2 days. Freeze or can to
use throughout the winter and spring. For complete information
